A POSTCARD FROM BERLIN BY DEBORAH LIGORIO
Faces, gestures and people are flowing: images of a modern day Berlin alternate to black and white frames in the Berlin of the twenties.
Secondary scenes of a film where the central act is always somewhere else: something is going to happen, or just happened.
Endless stories and possibilities are suggested to the imagination by the beauty of the isolated moment.
Deborah Ligorio, was born in Brindisi in 1972, actually lives and works in Berlin Mitte, a district in the historical centre of the city, once part of the East Berlin and now full of restaurant and fashion shops. Between brand shops and designer shops and accessorises, often created for tourists, some places still retain their own special Berlin features.
