The Furla Online Shop wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate case of products being sent that do not conform to those requested in terms of quality, they can send back the purchased product within 14 days of the date of delivery. The right to withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the client and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

It is not possible to return products purchased online to Furla stores.

Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requisites have been respected, a confirmation of acceptance email will be sent to you providing the date on which the reimbursement was made. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for visualising the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card.

To return goods, please log in to the MY ACCOUNT area, go into the RETURN REQUESTS section, enter your order number and start the return procedure.
You will be asked to select the product that you wish to return, the quantity and the reason for returning the goods. Once the procedure has been completed we will show you the return label that you will be able to print out and attach to the package.

If you have made a purchase as a GUEST client, i.e. without registering on Furla.com, to return goods, please complete the returns form by inserting your email address and the order number and following the simple instructions on the screen.
You will be asked to select the product that you wish to return, the quantity and the reason for returning the goods. Once the procedure has been completed you will be contacted by the Furla.com Customer Service, that will send you the UPS return label as a printable PDF file as well as all necessary information to complete the returns procedure.
