Orders placed via the Furla Online Shop from Monday to Friday by 1.00 p.m. (Italian time - GMT+1) are dispatched the same day. After that time, the goods are dispatched the next working day. Once the dispatch confirmation email has been received, the delivery times for the order depend on the type of UPS delivery chosen:
- UPS Standard: 3-4 working days
- UPS Express: 1-2 working days
Orders may suffer delays in dispatch and delivery due to public holidays: 1st January, 6th January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th December, 26th December.
In cases where the standard delivery method is chosen, delivery of the order is free for orders over 300 €/£. In order to offer a fast, secure service, all deliveries are made by UPS courier which offers the possibility of tracing the individual deliveries during each stage of transit.

Deliveries from the Furla Online Shop are limited to the countries that are members of the European Union, the United States of America and Japan. It is possible to place an order in a country different from that of residence, but it is necessary to select products and complete the order on the site of the country to which delivery is desired. It is possible at all times to change the destination nation by selecting the correct country from the Change Country area in the footer of the site. The same product viewed on different country pages may present differences in price.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the details of the order and the UPS tracking number for monitoring the delivery in real time.
Furthermore, for registered users, it is possible to access an archive of past orders in the My Account section. It is possible to find the order via the order number provided in the confirmation email and see all the corresponding information.

For the delivery of your online purchases you can choose the most convenient delivery address: your home, office or another person’s home.
Should UPS find nobody at the delivery address indicated, it will attempt to deliver over the next three consecutive working days, leaving a notice after every unsuccessful attempt.
If delivery is not successfully made after the third attempt, the package will be sent back to the Furla Online Shop warehouse and Customer Services will contact you by email upon the arrival of the package.
