The company Furla S.p.A. (hereinafter for brevity referred to as 'Furla') markets products under the brand Furla ® or other brands owned by Furla ("Products") through a network of direct sales and exclusives.
The site is owned by www.furla.com Furla SpA headquartered in San Lazzaro, Via Bellaria 3/5, Bologna, Italy and the Products are sold at a distance through e-shop section of the website www.furla . com ("Shop Online").
The sales and distribution of products online is delegated to Furla Worldwide S.r.l. (referred to from now on as Furla), a company that is subject to the management and coordination of Furla S.p.A.
Furla reserve the right to offer a selection of articles and to exclude other categories of products from the online sales system.
The use of the online sales system described in these general sales conditions is exclusively reserved for final consumers (referred to from now on as “clients”) who are acting exclusively on their own behalves and who are resident in the European Union.
Applicability of the present sales conditions
The present sales conditions are applicable to all sales of Furla products made through the website www.furla.com, with delivery throughout the European Union.
The client must examine these conditions carefully before completing the online purchasing procedure for Furla products.
It is understood that the placing of an order through the website implies total and absolute knowledge of the present general conditions of sale and their complete acceptance.
The client therefore commits himself to observe these conditions in his dealings with Furla and acknowledges that Furla is not bound to conditions other than these present if not pre-emptively agreed in writing.
The present general conditions of sale are to be considered applicable and in force as long as they remain accessible on the website www.furla.com. Any elimination of these from the website www.furla.com applies automatically that they are not applicable to any purchases made following their elimination.
The articles present in Furla's Online Boutique may be purchased while stocks last in the warehouse, by anyone over the age of 18 who has residence and/or domicile in one of the member states of the European Union.
Orders can be made subject to registration and creation of a personal account of the customer, following the steps and instructions specified in the site or with the same registration as a guest user.
It is possible to place an order in a country different to that of residence, but it is necessary to choose products and complete the order from the site of the country to which delivery is desired.
On the country choice page, it is possible to choose the country of destination: selecting the name of the country, access is given to the site that allows products to be sent to that specific country.
Furla reserve the right to evaluate acceptance of the orders received, and will communicate any impossibility in accepting the order directly to the client.
According to what is laid out in article 53 of the Consumers’ Code, the client will receive, at the moment of fulfillment of the contract, written confirmation of the product ordered, the sum paid, with details of the product price and the postal charges to be paid by him, as well as times and procedures for the delivery of the goods and references for making any complaints or to receive information on the existing commercial guarantees.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 13.00 (Italian time – GMT+1) will be sent the same day. After that time, the orders will be sent the following day.
More generally, from the moment in which the confirmation of order email is sent, delivery times will depend on the type of delivery that is selected.
Orders may be delayed in shipment and delivery in case of holidays according to the schedule in the country of reference.
The fulfillment of services on the part of Furla may be suspended in the case of the sudden occurrence of accidental circumstances or those beyond our control that prevent or delay fulfillment. Furla are committed to informing the client of the occurrence of accidental circumstances or those beyond our control 7 days after their occurrence.
If the suspension of services should be prolonged for a period longer than 15 days, the client will have the opportunity to cancel the order and will be reimbursed the sum already paid.
Prices of products
The prices of the products are inclusive of all taxes and levies, excluding delivery costs.
The price of each product, as well as the total delivery cost, are communicated to the client prior to the conclusion of the contract.
The official currency for Furla Boutique Online is the Euro. For countries not participating in the euro exchange rate depends on both the client's credit card.
Furla constantly check that all prices indicated on the site are correct, without however being able to guarantee the absence of errors. Should an error be discovered regarding the price of a product, Furla will give the client the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.
Methods of Payment
Payment on the part of the client may be made exclusively by credit card which will be debited at the moment of preparation of the order for delivery.
In order to prevent fraud on the internet, the payment made through the website www.furla.com network is managed by the bank concerned through the tools offered by Barclays PLC, PayPal (Europe) S.à rl & Cie, S.C.A. or any other company was later elected by Furla (hereinafter "Management Company of online payments"). These companies are responsible for storing and automatic processing of information in a secure environment for each order, including financial information.
All financial information like credit card number, expiration date, etc., are directly managed by the Manager of online payments, which guarantee the security of online transactions. Furla is not aware of the ends of the credit card and is not therefore able to file or retain them in any way. For this reason Furla delegates the support to its customers at any stage of the process of payment to the Company's payment processing online.
Where, for whatever reason, payment of amounts owed by the customer is not practicable, the selling process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically resolved.
Transport and Delivery methods
For the delivery of his purchases, the client can choose his own residence or home, workplace or the private address of the person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the European Union.
The delivery of products takes place at the address indicated by the client only following correct registration of payment of the order concerned.
In the case in which, at the moment of delivery, the exterior of the package is damaged, the client must proceed to open the package in the presence of the delivery personnel in order to check the state of the product contained within.
In the event that the product is found damaged, the customer is required to detail in writing, on the delivery note all damages detected. Furla will repair or replace any product that has been damaged or lost during the shipment carried out by our carrier, providing that the customer has notified in writing, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, damage or loss within the 24 hours following the date of delivery (in case of damage) or within 24 hours after the date of anticipated delivery to the customer at the time the order has been forwarded (if lost), through the appropriate form in If made available by Furla https://www.furla.com/it/my_account/return _request/ section.
In the case of damage to the product, the client is also requested to provide Furla with the receipt or other documents regarding the product in question, along with the original packaging.
Customers must also verify that the products received match those covered by the order made. In the event that the Products delivered do not comply with the order, the customer must notify by phone or e-mail Customer Service Furla and return the products in question under the conditions stated in the "Warranty" of these general conditions of sale.
Furla warranty guarantees that the products are free from defects and fit for the defendant to two years from the date of delivery, except all the parts subject to normal wear. The warranty provides for repair of the Product, unless Furla, at its sole discretion, it is most convenient to provide for the complete replacement of the Product with another Product equivalent. Are included in the warranty the the cost of labor and transportation.
Right of Withdrawal
The Furla Online Boutique wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction to its clients.
If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate case of products being sent that do not conform to those requested, they can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of delivery, in accordance of the rules laid out in article 64 of the Consumers' Code.
The right to withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the client and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
Acceptance of returns may be accepted only upon authorisation by Furla.
Customers can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written notice to the e-mail Furla email@example.com indicating the order number for which you are entitled to withdraw and the reasons, by filling appropriate form, if made available by Furla section of the site https://www.furla.com/it/my_account/return_request/ www.furla.com. The customer will then receive a notice from Furla with the authorization for the return, accompanied by a special return label for FREE RETURNS with which it intends to ship the items back.
The client can choose autonomously the delivery carrier. The client doesn’t need to charge UPS with delivery but we recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking and advice of receipt services.
All risks related to returns are charged to the customer
The refund is made on the corresponding customer credit card account used for payment.
It is understood in all cases that, according to what is laid out in article 67 of the Consumers’ Code, the integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right to withdrawal on the part of the client. For this reason, any product returned by the client which has been used or damaged will not be reimbursed.
Proof of the integrity of the product will be given by the seal label which must not be removed. Returns that are proven to be lacking will not be accepted.
Furla strive to provide the most efficient service possible, however technical inaccuracies may occur. Furla reserve the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever necessary with no prior notice.
Furla do not guarantee that the information contained on their site conforms to the jurisdiction of the country or that the products on display on the site are available for sale in all jurisdictions.
Furla try to present and to allow visibility of products and colours on the site in the most truthful and accurate way possible. Visualization of the colours of the products depends however on the user’s monitor and the Furla Online Boutique cannot guarantee that the client’s monitor reproduces the colours in a completely faithful manner.
Apart from cases of criminal intent or serious negligence, Furla will not be responsible towards the client in any case following:
• - damage or loss caused by the products (or by their use by the client), notwithstanding in any case the application of the regulations mandatory by law concerning the responsibility of the producer;
• - damage that has not been caused by non-fulfillment on the part of Furla;
• - loss of business or business opportunity.
Within the limits outlined above, Furla’s responsibility may in any case not exceed the price paid by the client for the product that has caused the damage.
