Orders placed via the Furla Online Shop from Monday to Friday by 12.00 p.m. ET are dispatched the same day. After that time, the goods are dispatched the next working day. Once the dispatch confirmation email has been received, the delivery times for the order depend on the type of UPS delivery chosen:
- UPS Ground Service: 6-8 working days
- 3-Day Select Service: 3 working days
- 2nd Day Service: 2 working days
Orders may suffer delays in dispatch and delivery due to public holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, July 4th Holiday, Labour Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve.
In cases where the UPS Ground Service method is chosen, delivery of the order is free for orders over 300 US$. In order to offer a fast, secure service, all deliveries are made by UPS courier which offers the possibility of tracking the individual deliveries during each stage of transit.

• UPS Ground Service: $15
• 3-Day Select Service: $18
• 2nd Day Service: $21
Orders for delivery in Hawaii and other US Territories are not accepted at this time.
