The Furla Online Shop would like to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction in terms of shopping experience and quality.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order or if the products you have received do not meet the level of quality requested, you can return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
The delivery costs for returns are covered by the Furla Online Shop if you use return labels provided by Furla. If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that it is not possible to return products purchased online to Furla stores or vice versa and that all personalized products will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

You will be asked to insert the order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason of the return.

Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive the return instructions on how to proceed by e-mail.
Please remember that returned products must be sent in their original packaging, or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. All products must be intact and in new and unused conditions; moreover, the return instructions must be followed correctly. The Furla Online Shop will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are observed.
Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail.
Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for viewing the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card.
If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. If only part of the order is returned, however, the shipping costs are not refunded (if paid).
Please note: we inform you that Express shipping costs are non-refundable, both on partial or total return.
