All orders placed through Furla's online shop are subject to verification, which can take up to 48 business hours. Once approved, the order will be prepared and shipped. You will be sent a notification e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment. By clicking on the trace shipment link, you will be able to see the status of your shipment. Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or the delivery method.
You can pick-up your order at one of Furla Boutique available in the following cities: Milan, Varese, Brescia, Bologna, Florence, Rome, naples; London, paris, Wien, Madrid, Amsterdam, Munich, Berlin, Dusseldorf.

DELIVERY TO FURLA BOUTIQUE
Your order will be delivered to the Furla store chosen during the purchasing stage.
As soon as your parcel has arrived at Furla Shop, you will have 10 calendar days to collect the order. After 10 days, the package will be sent back to Furla warehouse and your order will be cancelled.
When collecting your order, please be sure to bring your order confirmation and valid ID. If you designate another individual to collect your order, they must present their own valid photographic ID and proof of the buyer's authorisation.
Average delivery times for an order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) depend on the delivery method chosen:
Standard delivery and in-store collection:
3-4 working days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK and Croatia.
5-8 working days: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Hungary.
1-2 working days (except Italy, where only standard delivery is available)
Orders may experience shipping and delivery delays in the event of public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th and December 26th.
Standard shipping, except for special promotional initiatives, is free for orders over €300. In-store delivery and collection is always free.

DELIVERY WITH COURIER
Your order will be delivered to the address provided when completing your purchase (please note: you cannot use a P.O. box as a shipping address). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) during normal business hours. If there is no-one home at the address specified, the courier will leave a note after each failed attempt to deliver the package. The number of attempts may vary depending on the destination country. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Furla warehouse.
