This notice explains how Furla S.p.A., a company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office at Via Bellaria 3/5, 40068 San Lazzaro di Savena (“Furla”), processes the personal data of users that register through Facebook to the online game “[The Furla Society Movie Maker]” created by Furla (the “Game”). The Game allows users to create a customized video by inserting their own Facebook profile picture (the “Video”).

1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
   Furla may process the data that you provide while participating to the Game. In particular, Furla may process the following data: name, surname and Facebook profile picture. Please note that the Facebook profile picture must contain only your image and, in no case, that of other subjects.
2. Purposes and methods of processing
   Furla may process the abovementioned data only to allow you: (i) to participate to the Game and (ii) to share the Video you made through Facebook.
   Your personal data may be processed either electronically or in hard copy form inside the EU.
   The data are processed on the basis of a contractual obligation between you and Furla.
3. How long we keep your personal data
   Your personal data will be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In particular, your personal data will be kept until 31 May 2018, the date in which the Game will end. After this date, the data will be deleted from Furla’s servers and it will no longer be possible for users to create new Videos, or watch those shared on Facebook before 31 May 2018.
4. Mandatory vs. optional data and consequences of not providing data
   You must provide your data for the purposes set out under point b). If you do not wish Furla to process your data for those purposes, Furla will respect this. However, in this event you will be unable to participate to the Game.
5. entities and categories of entities to which personal data may be disclosed or which may become aware of the data as data processors or persons in charge of processing and scope of dissemination of the data; transfer to non-eu countries
   Your data will be processed only by staff designated for that purpose by Furla, exclusively in order to carry out the activities for which the data are collected. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties outside the European Union, disclosed or disseminated, except where it is required by law.
6. Data Subject Rights
   You have the right, at any time, to know whether your personal data have been processed and to exercise your rights of/to access, rectification, erasure, object and restriction of processing. You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to Furla in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable and interoperable format, and to transmit it to another data controller (right of data portability). In any event, if you consider that your rigths have been infringed by Furla, you have the right to lodge a complaint with any supervisory authority in the European Union.
