This privacy notice explains how Furla S.p.A., a company established under Italian law, with registered office in Via Bellaria 3/5, 40068 San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna) Italy, processes your personal data in accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679 ("GDPR") and with the local data protection regulations applicable in any country, territory or location in which it operates (together with GDPR, the "Privacy Regulations") for the purpose to improve your purchasing experience by providing you with a dedicated sales assistance service at some selected Furla stores and outlets.

When you submit a request of appointment - on electronically - by means of our booking form available on Furla’s Online Channel (E-commerce website).

The data controller is Furla S.p.A. with registered office in Via Bellaria 3/5, 40068 San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna), Italy ("Furla").

  1. What personal data do we collect and for what purposes and under what legal basis do we process personal data?

We may collect your name, surname and your e-mail address.

Your personal data may be processed in order to take pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (article 6, par. 1, letter b), of GDPR (article 6, par. 1, letter b), of GDPR). In particular, Furla will process your personal data solely to manage your request of appointment including, for instance, to confirm your booking request and to send you any updates concerning the details of your appointment (including any proposals for appointment rescheduling)


  1. How do we process and protect your personal data?

Your personal data may be processed electronically and are protected by appropriate technical, organizational and security measures.

  1. How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will be automatically erased from our systems within 20 business days as of the date of your appointment at Furla’s store.

  1. Is the provision of one’s personal data mandatory or optional and what are the possible consequences if a data subject rejects to provide it?

You must provide your personal data as set out in point (c) above (adoption pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract), otherwise you will not be able to send us the booking form and arrange an appointment at Furla’s stores.

  1. How do we share the personal data we collect, how do our global services work, and with whom outside the EEA may your personal data be shared?

Your personal data may be communicated both inside and outside your country of residence and also outside the EEA to external suppliers, who carry out services on our behalf as data processors; with the exception of external suppliers, who provide consultancy services that require a large degree of operational autonomy and Public Authorities that may require access to the data and will process your personal data as independent data controllers.

Your personal data may also be communicated and processed by Furla’s Affiliates (in particular, by the staff employed at the points of sale) that will perform this service on behalf of Furla, as data processors.

Your personal data shall be transferred outside the EEA in compliance with the security measures envisaged in the GDPR and, specifically, in accordance with the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
