Search by category. Clicking on "Categories" you can have access to the main categories: Handbags, Mini Bags, Wallets, Small Leather Goods, Footwear, Keyrings, Jewelry, Watches, Sunglasses, Textiles, Accessories and Men's.
Search by keyword: inserting a keyword into the field assigned for the search, which you can find at the top left, you will be able to see the list of results connected to your search. The keyword can be a product line (e.g. Metropolis), a colour (e.g. red), a category (e.g. ballet flats) or an item code.
Search by filter: inside every category it is possible to perfect your selection using the filters at the top right. You can combine these criteria to find your favourite design faster using the type (style), the colour, the material and the sorting. In order to convalidate your filter selection, you need to click on "save".
To proceed with the purchase, you just need to add the desired product to the cart.
After the product is added to the shopping bag, a window confirming the product addition is displayed. From here you could both proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the order or if the products he/she receives do not meet the level of quality requested, he/she can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
The delivery costs for returns are for free.

Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail, providing the order number, the total amount and the date on which the reimbursement was made. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for viewing the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card.
To return goods, click the link here at the bottom of the page and insert your personal information in the special window; please ensure you are in possession of the e-mail address with which you have inserted your order and the order number (for instance MAG000000000) for which you would like to carry out a return.
Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive by e-mail the return label to be printed and attached to the parcel. Please create and use one label for each order you would like to return.
The parcel can be handed over at the next post office. We suggest you take note of the tracking number through which you can follow the shipment.
Please remember that returned products must be sent within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability.
