Let’s travel with them to the enchanting Matera, in the Basilicata Region, and the sunny Puglia.
Fashion influencer @veronicaferraro shows us the beauty of Puglia with the Furla Pre Fall 2017 collection: the colourful Furla Stacy bucket bag and the Top Handle Furla Metropolis stand out on the white beaches and the historic walls of one of the most beautiful regions in Italy. Sophisticated and versatile, the new Furla bags are emblematic of the light heartedness of summer.
Located in southeast Italy, Puglia is a region rich in history, culture and nature. One of its gems is Ostuni, commonly referred to as “the white town” for the white walls and architecture of its old town. Other sights include the Trulli in Alberobello, a traditional dry-stone home with a unique cone-shaped roof, and the Polignano a Mare beach (Lama Monachile), renowned for its white sand and its pristine waters.
Fashion influencer @ninasuess walks us through the alleys of Matera, sporting the new Furla Pre Fall 2017 collection: the vibrant colours of the Furla Stacy bucket bag and the MyPlayFurla bag, contrasted with the rocky ground, which turns pink at sunset, emphasise the surreal atmosphere of this place, with striking contrasts that celebrate beauty in all of its forms.

Basilicata is a region of south Italy renowned internationally for its unique location. Matera is one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world, dating back to the Paleolithic. Also known as “the Subterranean City”, its old town has stunning scenery and is famous for the historical centre known as the Sassi, where homes were dug into the calcareous rock in prehistoric times. To quote the description used when the Sassi were nominated World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it is a truly “cultural landscape”.
