In order to protect leather, please apply a leather waterproofing spray prior to use. We recommend use of FURLA WATERGUARD.
(Cannot be used with some leather products. Please inquire at to a Furla store for more details)
Remove any dust or dirt from the surface of the leather, hold the leather waterproofing spray approx. 30cm away from the product and apply evenly.
Once the spray is dry, dry wipe the product with a clean, soft cloth. (If you dry wipe a matte product it may develop a luster).
Using the spray on the product when new after purchase, and periodically during use, will help to keep it clean.
Recommended frequency of use of leather waterproofing spray: 2 - 3 times a month (depending on the frequency or use and use environment of the product in question).
Periodically use a leather cream in order to remove dirt and provide nutrition.
We recommend use of FURLA ANILIN CREAM. This is the perfect cream for use with delicate leather.
Remove all dust from the surface of the leather, take a small amount of the cream on a dry, soft and clean cloth and spread evenly all over.
Finally, polish with a dry, soft, clean cloth. (If you dry wipe a matte product it may develop a luster).
Use a special buffed leather cleaner. We recommend use of FURLA NUBUCK CLEANING BAR.
Gently clean the yellow surface of the leather of dust and dirt using a brush, while sweep the grey side from the roots.
The friction from polishing will cause damage or loss of texture to buffed leather, so be sure to simply clean it as required.
Prior to putting the product into storage, use a dry cloth etc. to wipe it of any dirt or dust and dry it well in the shade.
Pack it with paper etc. in order to prevent its shape from collapsing. Store away from directly sunlight and also from sources of UV rays such as florescent lights.
In order to prevent the bag and other products from getting stuck together, place each inside the provided non-woven fabric bag for storage.
If you do not place them inside the storage bag, and store them next to other products, color transfer may occur.
Storage for a long time in high temperature, high humidity conditions can lead to mold and degradation. It is recommended that you periodically bring them out in order to dry in the shade.
It is particularly recommended that you bring them out during highly humid season, such as the rainy season, and let them feel the breeze on a clear day every now and then.
