You can return your product if it meets the following conditions, however sale products cannot be returned except in the event that you receive the wrong product or the product is defective.
No, we only accept a return request from the billing customer. It is not possible to accept any requests from the recipient of a gift.

Please send us a return request on the “Contact Us” page. Once we accept your request, a confirmation mail will be sent with instructions explaining how to return your product.
Please return your product in its original packing or in packaging of equivalent size and durability. We advise you to use a courier which uses a tracking system as you are responsible for any risks before we receive your product back. We would like you to return the product at your expense.
We will process the refund after we have received your product. Your refund credit will appear on your card. Depending on the monthly closing date of the credit card, the payment made for the order may be taken out of the credit card in one month and then refunded during the following month. Please note that you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs.
