The Furla Online Shop aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality products. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we offer our customers a 30-day free return policy from the date of delivery. Return shipping expenses are only free if you used the services of our official partner UPS. You can use the services of another courier at your own expense. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift. Purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt. Personalised products cannot be returned.

To make a return, you can choose between two options:

1. Products purchased online (including in-store pickup) -You can visit one of our stores and ask a sales associate for assistance. This service is only available if the country of the store matches the shipping country of the order. -You can make the return online by clicking here and entering your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. Select the items to return and the reason for the return: you will receive the shipping instructions via e-mail. Return shipping costs are free only if you use our UPS courier. If you choose another courier, the costs will be at your expense.

2. Products purchased in store -The return can only be made in store. -You will receive a store credit to be used for a future purchase in store only.

The online return must be made within 30 days from delivery. Products must be intact, unused and shipped in their original packaging (or equivalent). Personalized products cannot be returned. The return request can only be made by the customer who placed the order, not by the recipient of a gift. The same 30-day limit applies to items purchased on sale or promotion.

Yes, you can at the following link. You will be asked to insert the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to click ‘Return item(s)’ and specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.

If you want to return several items from different orders, you can send them back to us in one package. Simply put all return request documents corresponding to the items in one package, and attach any of the provided return labels onto the parcel. When an order has been split into multiple packages, you can return all the items in the same parcel by including all requested documents corresponding to the order and sending them together in one parcel with any return labels provided.

Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by email. Refunds may only be issued via the original payment used. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund time frame depends on the bank, but is approximately 14 working days.

Unfortunately Furla doesn't allow exchanges. However, it is possible to return the product received and place a new order for the product desired.

Considering the nature of personalised items, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be returned or exchanged. This in no way changes the customer’s rights in accordance with law. The amount will be charged at the time of the order, shortly after, and always prior to shipping.
