Change of mind returns on full price (non-sale) items can be made for any reason, and returned within 30 days. A full refund will be provided. Unfortunately, change of mind returns are not available for sale items.

Please note that it is not possible to return products purchased online to Furla stores or vice versa.
In the unlikely event that an item you receive is faulty, or not up to our high quality standards, you may return the item to us for a refund.

To return goods, click here on request a return and follow the instructions.
You will be asked to insert the order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason of the return.
Please note: you are in charge of selecting a carrier and getting a return label to return the items. Return shipping costs are at your expenses and won't be refunded.
Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive the return instructions on how to proceed by e-mail.
Please remember that returned products must be sent in their original packaging, or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. All products must be intact and in new and unused conditions; moreover, the return instructions must be followed correctly.
The Furla Online Shop will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are observed.
Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail.
Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for viewing the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card.
Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are not refunded.
Please note: we inform you that Express shipping costs are non-refundable, both on partial or total return.
