We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne distribution centre facility.
We offer two different delivery methods, shown in the below table:

Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).
We use Australia Post eParcel for all deliveries within Australia. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order departs our facility, which will include a tracking number to allow you to follow the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website.
Please Note - Delivery timeframes are guidelines only and are subject to change, due to during peak trading periods or due to unforeseen delivery circumstances or unavoidable events beyond Furla reasonable control. All online deliveries via Australia Post will move to “safe-drop” or authority to leave.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Australia Post are currently experiencing significant delivery delays. Please allow additional days for your items to be delivered by Australia Post at this time. For more information visit auspost.com.au.
We ship within Australia. If you require shipment to another country please visit Furla.com and select the relevant international site.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the details of the order and the tracking number for monitoring the delivery in real time.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. To track your order, visit Australia Post website and insert the tracking number reported on the shipment confirmation email.
It is also possible to access an archive of past orders in the "Order History" section of the website. You can find the order through the order number provided in the confirmation email, and view all corresponding information.
Customers can also contact the Furla Online Shop Customer Service using the form provided for this purpose by email at the following address: email@example.com. The Customer Service of the Furla Online Shop is at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (AEST).
For the delivery of your online purchases you can choose your most convenient delivery address.
Please note, you cannot indicate a preferred date or time for the delivery. It is necessary to sign to receive the parcel and if the courier does not find anyone at the chosen shipping address they will leave a notice after the failed delivery attempt. The parcel will then be available for pick up at your nearest Post Office.
