The Furla Online Shop wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 14 days of delivery.

We will accept the return of items in unused condition, with original tags attached and all other components included.


Items labeled “ALL SALES FINAL” at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds or credits will be given, except if the item is defective, provided that the item was not used or damaged after purchase. Please note that “ALL SALES FINAL” messaging will appear at checkout in your shopping bag under the product name.

It takes 5-7 business days to process your return. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

To return goods, click here; please ensure to use the e-mail address with which you have created your My Furla profile and the 11-digit order number (for instance 12345678912) for which you would like to request a return.

Once you have completed the request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to create your return label. Please be sure to create and use one label per order you wish to return. Kindly print out the generated label and affix to the returning package.

You may drop off the package at your nearest UPS access point or schedule a pickup online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). We suggest you take note of the tracking number through which you can follow the shipment.

The return delivery costs for returns are covered by the Furla Online Boutique, however you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs.

Returned products must be sent within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. The Furla Online Shop will reimburse the return only if these conditions are respected. 

Please note, the product must not have been used or damaged in any way to be eligible for return. Proof of its integrity will be given by the seal label which must not be removed. Returns that are proven to be lacking will not be accepted.

Merchandise returned to Furla.com will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase.

Items purchased online cannot be returned to a Furla store.

Furla does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.

Furla.com cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. You will need to return the item and place a new order.

Items marked ALL SALES FINAL upon checkout are not eligible for return.

Gift items purchased on Furla.com may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.

Furla reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time.
