The Furla Online Shop wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate case of products being sent that do not conform to those requested in terms of quality, they can send back the purchased product within 14 days of the date of delivery. 

Start by filling out the “Contact Us”  request form. Under “Please Select a Subject”, choose “Return Order”. When the return request is approved, you’ll get an email from Customer Service with a return authorization form and a link to create a UPS return label. When we receive the item from you, we’ll apply the credit to the same card you used at check out. Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Returned products must be sent within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. The Furla Online Shop will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are respected. 

The return delivery costs for returns are covered by the Furla Online Boutique, however you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs. 

Items purchased during a Markdown Period ("Sale Period”; does not include discount applied from Code or Promotion), or those labeled “ALL SALES FINAL” cannot be returned or exchanged and no refunds or credits will be given, except if the item is defective, provided that the item was not used or damaged after purchase. 

Please note, the product must not have been used or damaged in any way to be eligible for return. Proof of its integrity will be given by the seal label which must not be removed. Returns that are proven to be lacking will not be accepted.

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*Furla, Inc." or “DigitalRiver USA Inc”

Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive your product back in perfect condition.
