• Shipping times and costs

    Important Note: Australia Post are currently experiencing delays for deliveries due to COVID-19. They have advised to allow for additional business days for items to be delivered for both Standard & Express delivery services at this time.

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne distribution centre facility.

    We offer three different delivery methods, shown in the below table:

    Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).

    We use Australia Post eParcel for all deliveries within Australia. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order departs our facility, which will include a tracking number to allow you to follow the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website.

    Please Note - Delivery timeframes are guidelines only and are subject to change, due to during peak trading periods or due to unforeseen delivery circumstances or unavoidable events beyond Furla reasonable control. All online deliveries via Australia Post will move to “safe-drop” or authority to leave.
