If you have received the shipping confirmation email with the tracking code you can track your parcel and check the expected delivery date. In addition, all order status and delivery information is visible from your personal account in the ‘Orders’ section. If you are not a registered client, please click here to track the status of your order. For more information, please see our regular shipping timings.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery during the Black Friday period and on the following holidays: January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 25, December 26, Victorian public holiday dates).
Currently we do not ship internationally. If you require shipment to another country please visit Furla.com and select the relevant international site.
To guarantee you an accurate and fast delivery, some items may be sent in different parcels. This does not create any additional costs for you. We will always inform you in advance when we are planning to ship out your items in different parcels. For each package shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and a tracking link.
