In addition, all order status and delivery information is visible from your personal account in the ‘Orders’ section. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our Melbourne distribution centre facility.

Select metro Melbourne postcodes only. Order must be placed prior to 10am AEDT. Only available Mon-Fri (excludes Vic public Holidays)

Please Note - Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (excluding Victorian public holiday dates). Delivery timeframes are guidelines only and are subject to change, due to during peak trading periods or due to unforeseen delivery circumstances or unavoidable events beyond Furla reasonable control.

To guarantee you an accurate and fast delivery, some items from the same order may be sent from different locations. This does not create any additional costs for you. We will always inform you in advance when we are planning to ship out your items in different parcels. For each package shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and a tracking link.
