Product Care

Our quality team carefully checks all our products before dispatchment. However, in case you have received a faulty item please get in touch with our Customer Service, who will be happy to assist you.

If the purchase was made through a reseller, any quality issues must be raised by contacting the reseller directly.

All our products have a 3-years quality warranty. During this period, Furla guaranties the repair or full refund of any products affected by damage or defect (according to our Terms and Conditions). Items are assessed by our quality team, who will then establish if the item is repairable or should be returned and refunded. In case you want to assess any issue with your Furla product, we kindly ask you to contact us here.

Returns

The Furla Online Shop aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality products. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, you can return your items free of charge within 30 days. Unfortunately, Sale & Outlet items cannot be returned. Return shipping expenses are only free if you used the services of our official partner UPS. You can use the services of another courier at your own expense. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

Yes, you can at the following link. You will be asked to insert the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to click ‘Return item(s)’ and specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.

Unfortunately Furla doesn't allow exchanges. However, it is possible to return the product received and place a new order for the product desired.

Unfortunately, Sale and Outlet items cannot be returned.

To return goods, click here and follow the instructions: you will be asked to insert the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to click ‘Return item(s)’ and specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive the return instructions on how to proceed by email. Please remember that returned products must be sent in their original packaging or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. All products must be intact and in a new and unused condition. The return instructions must also be followed correctly. The Furla Online Shop will only reimburse the return if all these conditions are met. Change of mind returns on items can be made for any reason and returned free within 30 days. A full refund will be provided. Under no circumstances can it be returned by the recipient of a gift. Please note return shipping expenses are only free if you used the services of our official partner Australian Post. You can use the services for another courier at your own expense.

Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by email. Refunds may only be issued via the original payment used. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund time frame depends on the bank, but is approximately 14 working days.

Under no circumstances can it be returned by the recipient of a gift.

Payment

If your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an 'Order reception email'. Please remember that your order is only confirmed once the 'Order confirmation email' has been sent.

You can download a copy of your invoice for your online order using one of the following options:

1. Visit https://www.furla.com/findorder, enter your email and order number, and download your invoice.

2. Log in to My Account on the Furla website. You will find your invoice in the Orders section.

Please note: The tax invoice will be available once your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately, once we have sent you the order confirmation email this cannot be modified or cancelled. However, please contact us here and we will advise accordingly. We offer our customers a 30-day free return policy from the date of delivery. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.

To prevent internet fraud, payment of orders placed through www.furla.com is managed online by the bank in question through its secure servers. The bank in question is responsible for the conservation and automatic processing in a secure environment of the information concerning each order, including financial information. All financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date, etc. is directly managed by the bank in question, which guarantees the security of online transactions. Furla has no knowledge of the credit card details and is therefore unable to save or store them in any way.

If you have a promotional code, you can activate it by adding it to the "enter coupon code" section inside your Shopping Bag. By clicking on "Apply", the discount is immediately applied to your order total.

If the payment is made using credit card or ApplePay, the amount is charged when the order is shipped. If the payment is made using WeChat Pay, Alipay, Paypal, AfterPay the amount is charged when the order is placed.

Payment can be made by credit card, Paypal, ApplePay, AfterPay and Klarna. If a credit card is chosen as the payment method, the amount is charged when the order is shipped. If, for any reason, it is impossible to debit the amount due, the sales transaction is automatically cancelled and the sale is automatically terminated.

The credit cards currently accepted are: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa.

Please note that additional payment authentication may be required by your card issuer such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code and AMEX SafeKey.

We suggest you to use the correct billing address details that exactly match the information on your credit card statement.

Shipping_

Currently we do not ship internationally. If you require shipment to another country please visit Furla.com and select the relevant international site.

If you have received the shipping confirmation email with the tracking code you can track your parcel and check the expected delivery date. In addition, all order status and delivery information is visible from your personal account in the ‘Orders’ section. If you are not a registered client, please click here to track the status of your order. For more information, please see our regular shipping timings.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.

Orders may experience delays in shipping and delivery during the Black Friday period and on the following holidays: January 1, January 6, Easter and Easter Monday, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15, November 1, December 8, December 25, December 26, Victorian public holiday dates).

To guarantee you an accurate and fast delivery, some items may be sent in different parcels. This does not create any additional costs for you. We will always inform you in advance when we are planning to ship out your items in different parcels. For each package shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and a tracking link.

Online Purchase

Your account details can be updated by logging in to your personal area. To do so, log in to your account and click on ‘Personal data’ to change your personal information or click on ‘Addresses’ if you want to change your address or add new ones. If you want to cancel your account or delete your information, please send a request by email to privacy@furla.com.

To create an account, go to furla.com, hover over the account icon on top of the page and click on ‘Register’. (Furla My Account).

You can place your order online on furla.com and have your order delivered to your prefer location. If you need any assistance to complete your purchase, please contact our customer service. They can assist you with placing an order and send you a link to complete the online payment.

Of course! If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can click on the “Notify me when available” button on the product page: you will receive an email notification as soon as it becomes available again.

You can also subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on restocks and new arrivals. Please note that if a product is not visible online, it means it is currently out of stock.
