Palazzo Furla, the new offices in the heart of Milan. The historical Ricordi Palace was built in 1880 and then renewed in 2014, obtaining the Gold Level Leed, Core & Shell, certification for green sustainability, winning against the Empire State Building in New York.

Since 2012 Furla has implemented a bonus system for all corporate employees worldwide that is based on achieving quantitative (weight 80%) and qualitative (weight 20%) targets. In addition to motivating employees to achieve their goals, this bonus system helps foster a team spirit, greater determination, and a stronger sense of belonging to the Company.

CORPORATE WELFARE

In 2017 Furla established a corporate welfare system for all HQ employees to respond to personal and family needs, up to a maximum annual amount of €500. The services include school and education, health and wellness, family care and childcare, as well as free time and savings vouchers. The launch of this corporate welfare system has been very successful within the Company, and we regularly update it with new services and facilitations.

Since the 1970s, Furla has achieved a strong retail presence. Today its network reaches over 1,600 points of sales worldwide, of which 1,200 are multi-brand and department stores. Its mono-brand network branches out across 100 countries with 523 stores worldwide, of which 307 are directly-owned, 173 are in franchising and 43 are travel retail stores.
