If you have received the shipping confirmation email with the tracking code you can track your parcel and check the expected delivery date. In addition, all order status and delivery information is visible from your personal account in the ‘Orders’ section. If you are not a registered client, please click here to track the status of your order. For more information, please see our regular shipping timings.
You can place your order online on furla.com and get your order delivered at your preferred location, or buy online and get your item delivered to one of our eligible stores.
Average delivery times for an order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) depend on the delivery method chosen.
Orders may experience shipping and delivery delays in the event of public holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter Monday, June 2nd, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th and December 26th.
Standard delivery:
3-4 working days: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Croatia.
5-8 working days: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Hungary.
Express delivery:
1-2 working days (except Italy, where only standard delivery is available)
Personalized items: from time of purchase, it will take 7 days to complete personalisation.
While orders placed prior to 12PM will be processed the same day, please note that for those placed after 12PM further 24 hours must be added to the average delivery time starting from the receipt of the shipment confirmation email.
