• Can I return my product?

    The return of products purchased from the Furla official online store is possible if the conditions shown below are met. However, it is not possible to return products that have had the attached tags removed, items that were on sale, or items that have been used.

    • The return must be made within 14 days of the arrival of the products.
    • The products must not have been used.
    • The white card attached to the products with string must not have been removed.
    • The request to make the return must be coming from the customer who placed the order.

    Please note that postal costs will not refunded.

    In regard to purchases by Store Pick Up, you can’t return the product at the store. If you want, please receive it and ask to Customer Service within 14 days from you received.

    In regard to purchases from a Furla store, returns are possible within 14 days from the day of purchase, after the store from which the purchase was made has confirmed that the products have not been used, and upon presentation of the receipt (original, no copies allowed) for the purchase. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that such returns can only be handled at the store of purchase.

    In regard to purchases from Furla outlet stores, no returns or exchanges are offered after purchase.

    Furthermore, please be aware that we are unable to handle the return of products purchased from anywhere other than a store that officially handles Furla products.
