• Can I return my purchase?

    Please return the product within 14 days of arrival. However, if the tag attached to the product is removed, we will not be able to accept returns for sale items or used products. Products purchased from Furla's official online store will be returned if the following conditions are met:

    • The product is unused
    • The white card attached to the product with a string has not been removed
    • Must be a return request from the orderer

    * Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded.

    If you purchased from the store pickup, you cannot return it at the store. If you wish to return an in-store pick up order, please collect the item and complete the return procedure within 14 days of receipt (see the section "How can I request a return?").

    For items purchased at retail store locations, refunds are possible if you provide the original receipt (copy not allowed) and confirm that the product has not been used within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it will only be available at the store where you purchased it.

    Furla outlet stores do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase.

    We do not accept returns for products purchased outside of Furla stores.
