[Fraud Alert] Impersonation Accounts Pretending to Be Furla Are Sending Scam DMs

We have confirmed multiple cases of impersonation accounts on social media pretending to be Furla staff and sending direct messages (DMs) with fraudulent intent. Unfortunately, there have been actual incidents where individuals have fallen victim to these scams.

Furla never sends individual DMs from its official social media accounts requesting payments under the guise of collaboration fees or similar. These messages are highly suspected to be attempts to steal money or personal information. Please do not click on any links or enter any personal information on websites you are directed to from such messages.

  • Official Email Domains: xxx@furla.com / xxx@consultant.furla.com

Any email address not using the above domains such as furlaofficial.jp@gmail.com is not from Furla and should be considered fraudulent.

If you receive a suspicious email or direct message (DM), please consult Furla’s customer service before clicking any links.
