The Furla Online Shop aims at proving the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality product. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we offer our customer a 14 days return policy from the date of delivery. You can process your return for request by clicking here. The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer and under no circumstances by the recipient of a gift.
1. Return at a Furla retail store
To process a return, you need to:
· Complete and sign the return form included in your order;
· Visit one of Furla’s official retail stores (you can view the list of stores here).
Please make sure to bring:
· Your passport/ID;
· The order form;
· The electronic receipt (if the order was paid online) or a printed receipt (if paid upon delivery).
Store staff will inspect the item and process the return. You will then be provided with a handover/acceptance document.
Important:
· Refunds are issued only to a bank card;
· If the order was paid online, the refund will be made to the same card;
· If the order was paid upon delivery, the refund will be made to the card specified in the return form;
· The refund processing time is up to 10 business days;
· Cash refunds in-store are not available.
2. Return upon delivery (CDEK)
You may refuse the item immediately upon delivery in the presence of a CDEK representative by stating the reason for refusal.
If the item is damaged or of improper quality, a damage report must be completed together with the CDEK employee.
3. Return after delivery (via CDEK)
Returns after delivery are processed only as a customer return via CDEK.
You can arrange a return:
· On CDEK website by the link
· By visiting a CDEK pickup point and completing the return with a manager.
When arranging the return, you need to:
· Specify the delivery method used;
· Provide the tracking number;
· Inform that you are initiating a customer return.
Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail. Refunds may only be issued on the payment methods used originally. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund timing depends on the bank, approximately 10 working days.
Unfortunately Furla doesn't allow exchanges. However, it is possible to return the product received and place a new order for the product desired.
The right to return the product may be exercised exclusively by the customer within 14 days. Under no circumstances can it be returned by the recipient of a gift.
