The Furla Online Shop aims to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and the best quality products. If for any reason our products do not meet your expectations, we offer our customers free returns within 14 days of purchase for full price items. Items marked as Final Sale, Sale Special and Outlet are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items. Unfortunately, Sale & Outlet items cannot be returned.
Furla is committed to offering premium-quality products and the highest level of customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return full-price items free of charge within 14 days of purchase. Returns are extended until 31 January 2026 for orders placed by 31 December 2025. Please note that Final Sale, Sale Special, and Outlet items are not eligible for return or exchange, as these purchases are considered final sale.
Yes, you can at the following link. You will be asked to insert the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to click ‘Return item(s)’ and specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
Once the Furla Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by email. Refunds may only be issued via the original payment used. When credit or debit cards are used, the refund time frame depends on the bank, but is approximately 7 working days. If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. However, if only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded (if paid).
Unfortunately Furla doesn't allow exchanges. However, it is possible to return the product received and place a new order for the product desired.
At this time, Furla.com does not process exchanges on gift orders. If a gift order is returned, the credit for the order will be issued to the original purchaser.
Purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items labeled "Outlet" cannot be returned or exchanged.
