If you have received the shipping confirmation email with the tracking code you can track your parcel and check the expected delivery date. In addition, all order status and delivery information is visible from your personal account in the ‘Orders’ section. If you are not a registered client, please click here to track the status of your order. For more information, please see our regular shipping timings.

You can place your order online on furla.com and get your order delivered at your preferred location.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.

Average delivery times and costs for an order (after receiving the shipment confirmation email) depend on the type of UPS delivery chosen:

- UPS Ground Service: FREE (6-8 working days)

- 3-Day Select Service: $18 USD (3 working days)

- 2nd Day Service: $21 USD (2 working days)

Signature may be required on all Furla packages. 

Orders may experience shipping and delivery delays in the event of public holidays: New Years Day, President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th Holiday, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve.

In order to offer a fast, secure service, all deliveries are made by UPS courier, which offers the possibility of tracking the individual deliveries during each stage of transit.

To guarantee you an accurate and fast delivery, some items from the same order may be sent from different locations. This does not create any additional costs for you. We will always inform you in advance when we are planning to ship out your items in different parcels. For each package shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email and a tracking link.
